ORDER DISPATCH
Our T.K Collection orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 working hours. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays .You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
RETURNS:
Returns are only available for manufacturing issues, according to business policy. In such a circumstance, the customers must notify us by email at tkcollections236@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Customers will receive a credit note or replacement once their eligibility has been verified. There will be no refund to your bank account.*Due to hygiene reasons Naths (Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable
